Prohibition
I have been watching Ken Burn's Prohibition on PBS. Have you been
watching it too?
Of course I am a sucker for a
bit of history. I am not a war-type history person, but I love the kind
of history that gets into how people lived, what help guide their
decisions, and how they dealt with situations. And if I can see a
thread from that time to ours, even better. And I have found that in
Prohibition.

I'm watching it, but I haven't finished epidsode one yet. It's fascinating history. It's interesting how the women's movement is tied up with it.
